Booking Policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Deposits will be applied toward your treatment total.

Reschedule

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

Same Day Cancellation & No Shows

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a late cancellation.

Repeated No Shows

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Refunds

All treatment purchases are final. Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, no refunds will be provided for treatments that have been performed.
